Already during my business studies at the Humboldt University in Berlin, I was fascinated and inspired by technology companies with outstanding software products that are functional, have a nice interface and provide an excellent user experience. Hence it was a logical decision for me to step into product management instead of becoming an investment banker or accountant.
I landed in product in January 2013 and never left this field ever since. I am used to working as part of cross-functional feature teams with a headcount between 4-9, always following agile principles and using frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
Dealing with JIRA and Confluence is my daily bread and butter and I am not afraid to put my hands on Sketch or Github. I can (and often do) work well alone, but I’m at my best collaborating with others. Colleagues know me as a highly committed, passionate and precise team member who has a great attention to details. I am always reaching for the stars, do my best to move fast forward, fail quickly, take appropriate action and deliver excellent quality in the end. I strongly believe in teamwork, understanding the matter in depth and listening to people.
